ClinicPro Software includes a claim scrubber routine that identifies problemds with the electronic file prior to submission. You will notice that ClinicPro identifies the Loop and Segment of the electronic file that will be affected by this error. We have included a list of common problems and solutions under this topic.
When you receive these errors, we suggest that you fix them prior to creating the file. In this case, you need to click Lists, Submitters and input the needed information.
