ClinicPro Reports

Day Sheet - this report is probably the most important report in the entire ClinicPro system. At the end of the day, it tallies all of the transactions or procedures that have been posted for the day. It also tallies all of the patient and insurance payments by Dr. with a clinic total. You have the option of printing a patient payment breakdown to balance against your cash drawer. You also have an option of printing a new patient report so that the Dr. can call the new patients at the end of the day. This is a very powerful tool for managing your practice on a daily basis.

List reports - these reports list everything from diagnosis and procedure codes to insurance carriers and reports that you choose to filter such as the patient criteria report.

Financial reports - every practice management program should include the ability to print financial reports by the day, week, month, year, or any date range that you specify. You will find a variety of reports listed on these pages that will help you manage the cash flow and income of your medical or chiropractic practice.

Management reports - in addition to maintaining a healthy medical or chiropractic practice financially, ClinicPro also maintains a variety of management reports that allow you to track the management status of your clinic.

Archive Report - the archive report shows patients whose insurance coverages were archived prior to being billed.  It is intended as a safeguard so that your office does not "leave money of the table" because lines of service weren't billed.  It comes up automatically as you are doing your insurance billing.
