Ok. To enable ClinicPro to EZ Notes patient transfer:

1. On the menu go System -> System Parameters Maintenance.
2. Select the "System Settings" tab.
3. Place a check in "EZNotes" under the EHR Integration group.
4. Click OK.
5. It will ask to export all patients.
  a. Click 'Yes' if it has not been done already.
  b. Click 'No' if it has been done already.
6. Go into EZ Notes and somewhere in the application there will be a function for importing patients. There is also a setting somewhere in there to say EZ Notes is importing from ClinicPro.
