A facility is not defined for POS

Problem: When inputting transactions, you receive a message saying: "A facility is not defined for POS."

Solution:  Some POS (place of service) require naming the facility where services were performed.  The facility would be entered on the 2 button of the transaction card.



For example, POS 21, inpatient hospital, requires the name of hospital where services were rendered.  Unless a Clinic Pro user has multiple office locations, IT IS NOT NECESSARY to list their office as the facility where services were rendered.  The only exception to this is Professional Shortage Areas where the facility location/address is required.
