Error posting payment

Problem:  When trying to post a payment, I receive:

There was an error posting transactions. Please contact support at (928) 203-0854.



Solution: 

Check to see if the patient is inactive. Insurance / Dates \Inactive Date.

If so, remove the date, post the payment and set them Inactive again, if required.
