Maximum amount reached

Problem:   Getting msg on going into Transactions for a patient using Highmark Insurance.  "Max. Amount  policy has expired or is about to: 6/30/2014"

Solution:  Clinic Pro is looking on the insurance/dates tab for information about co-pays, maximum dollar amounts and insurance authorizations.

Check the Expiry Date, visits and Dollars for amount.

Note: Highmark doesn't require an authorization code and normally allows 20 visits as standard. You can delete the authorization.
