Upgrading a person from a non-patient to patient

Steps:

1.      Click Lists, Non-Patients

2.      Select the person you wish to upgrade to a patient

3.      Click the Data Entry tab

4.      Click Upgrade Person to Patient

5.      A window will pop up and ask you to fill in some information

6.      Enter in the Patient Number, if necessary

7.      Enter in the patients’ Social Security Number

8.      Select the Primary Dr

9.      Click Upgrade
