Question:  How do I get rid of the "backup failed" message upon exiting EMR?

Answer:  Ensure that the EMR shortcut is based upon the UNC naming convention (e.g. \\MACHINENAME\vcpro\vehr.exe) rather than a drive letter based shortcut (e.g. z:\vehr.exe).  In addition, a file named "AUTOBACKUP.TXT can be placed within the server vcpro directory (i.e. the same directory where vehr.exe resides).  Edit the file to include one line of "NOBACKUP".

When database files get to be a certain size (>200MB?) EMR is not able to back them up.  Run a separate backup utility.
