Problem:  When clicking on Documents, from within EMR, I receive: "OLE error code 0x800401c0: OLESTREAM Get method failed" and EMR shuts down.



Solution:  The file is too large and /or there are not enough system resources. Remove the document and break up the document into smaller chunks and reattach.
