Problem:  Our server will not put in the correct date when entering charges for our patients.  It puts in 4-15-2015.  Our other computer does not do that, it puts in the correct date.

Solution:  Go to System\Set Transaction Service From Date Default and set to today's date. It will adjust this date the following day.
