Answer: When you enter the item in Lists/Procedure and Fees, put in an inventory number. ClinicPro will track it as inventory. You will probably want to indicate that it is "taxable" and "bill patient only."
To see the inventory items sold during any time period, go to Reports/Practice Management/Inventory.
