Cancellation Report

Question:  How do I get to the Cancellation Notes in the Appointment Scheduler?
(I want to know why an appointment was cancelled.)

Answer:  In Scheduler, click on the Print icon and click the "Missed Appointments" radio dial.  Click on the Cancel check-box. Everyone who cancelled an appointment will be shown along with their notes/reason(s).
Use Print Preview if you don't need a hard copy.
