Capitalization vs noncaps

Question:  Why do some of my patients in the appointment scheduler show up capitalized and others are not?

Answer: This happens when a appointment is created for a non-patient, this person is marked as "Arrived" and then you say "Yes" to create the patient. The patient's name will be changed to all caps.
