Question:  How do I add a new appointment reason for the scheduler?

Answer:  You'll find Appointment Reasons if you right-click the Appointment Scheduler icon. Once there, click the New icon (looks like a blank piece of paper).
Try to choose a color that will contrast well with dark text.

The EXCLUSIVE box, if checked, will display the appointments as using up the appropriate amount of time on the Scheduler. If you do not check this box, your appointments will only use one time slot.
