Problem:  When preview printing using Scheduler\Label\Superbill, and choosing a custom template, the variable data at the top of the page is cut off on every page after the first page.

Solution:  Template is too long. Double-click the template to open. Reduce font size on the template and decrease the number of rows if necessary.
