Getting provider error

Problem:  When trying to add a Provider to the Scheduler and copying hours from one day (Monday) to another, getting Internal Consistency Error. Then, I was getting Table buffer for alias "LV_RANGEDTL" contains uncommitted changes. Then, "Table has no index order set".

Solution:  Have everyone exit CP and reindex All + Scheduler, Pack/Validate IDs and reindex again everything.
