Exclusive reason

Problem:  In appointment scheduler, I chose a reason that should block out extended time, but it still only shows the default visual, though the "Duration" selector shows the appropriate time duration.

Solution:  Edit your REASONS and go to the Detail of your reason and check the Exclusive checkbox.

Reindex and pack/validate
