Missed Appointment Report

Problem: How to print the notes input when a patient cancels an appointment

 Solution: 
1.  Go into print on the appointment book screen,
2. click on the missed appointments option.
3. Make sure that the checkbox marked canceled is checked. The only time that we elicit notes is when appointments are canceled.  On the report that you see on the screen or print, the notes will appear under the patient that has been canceled.
4. If you would want the report of all the canceled appointments for the past month, set your date range and only choose canceled. That way you would see a report for everything that has been canceled for the past month and the corresponding notes.
