Hyperterminal

Question:  Will ClinicPro help me with Hyperterminal setup?

Answer:  Dial-up Medicare was typically accomplished using a product included with Windows XP.  The product was produced by Hilgraeve and is known as HyperTerminal.  That product is no longer included with current Microsoft Windows operating systems.  It is available for purchase for around $70 the last time I checked.

ClinicPro Software will not purchase the software for you and no longer supports it.

If you insist upon using Hyperterminal, you are welcome to purchase your own copy directly from Hilgraeve.  However, ClinicPro clients are now encouraged to process Medicare claims through their clearing houses.  Our billing person, Naomi, is familiar with the process.

Otherwise, here are some self-help links regarding Hilgraeve's  HyperTerminal product.
