Timely Filing

Question:  How do we prove timely filing of an insurance claim that has been reset/rebilled a number of times?

Answer:  An office can click on the Notes section of the transaction card (right side) if they have reset the claims and rebilled them.

Every time the claim gets reset, the system tracks it.   You can use DOS commands to select all (Ctrl|+A), copy (Ctrl+C)  and paste (Ctrl+V)  the contents of the notes field into a Word document  or notepad.

You will notice that when we created a notepad version of the notes field,  the red arrows point to the service date and to the date billed.   For each subsequent billing, we record the date billed.
