Problem: Our clinic has a rejected claim that was submitted with our old address. We need to resubmit the claim using the old address. How do we change our address in ClinicPro to our old address to resubmit?
Solution: Change the Staff Doctor info (Lists/Staff Doctors).
If the zip code didn't change, you can go to System/System Parameters/Clinic Info and change the address. If the zip code is changed in ClinicPro, this will break the registration. If your zip code did change and needs to be changed in ClinicPro, you will need to temporarily re-register with us with the old address, submit the claim and then re-register again to the new/current address.
Finally, change the Facility address (Lists/Facility/Hospital).
