Question:  How can I tell which files were transferred to BCBS with WinSCP?

Answer: 

WinSCP has a log file feature which can be enabled.
Options | Preferences
Session Logging

(Note: It might not be preferable to "Show log window".)
The FTP.log file may be viewed with a text editor such as notepad.exe.
