Problem:  How do I enter and transmit authorization codes to the insurance company?

Call insurance carrier to get authorization for new procedure

Enter the authorization code on the Insurance tab - bottom right of page, click the New icon and enter information.



Go back to Transaction tab and in the Auth Code section, select the Search icon and select the authorization from the list.
