Question:  How do I add a modifier to the list of modifiers or edit an existing one?

Answer:  Go to Lists < General Code Definitions Table < Modifier Codes
To Edit existing Modifier:
Find code
Double-click on it
Make changes
Save

To Add new Modifier:
Click on the "white" piece of paper icon on the menu bar
Enter Modifier Code and description
Save
