Sending secondary claims electronically

Question:  I have told that a certain insurance carrier can accept secondary claims elecctronically.  Can ClinicPro do this?

Answer:  BCBS, Medicare and Medicaid are always sent secondary electronic automatically.    To send a commercial carrier electronically, go to Lists, Insurance and select the carrier and check the Send Secondary box, save and retry.



Not able to send one transaction electronically on one patient, when the claim was transferred to the secondary (Availity).
